How to Get a Custom Domain for Your Nigerian Online Store
StoreVase

Your web address is the first thing a customer judges. yourshop.com reads as a business; a long link on someone else's platform reads as a hobby.
Buying one
Any registrar will do. A .com is the safest default. A .ng or .com.ng signals a Nigerian business clearly, which helps for local trust.
Choosing well
- Short enough to say out loud without spelling it.
- No hyphens or numbers — they get lost in conversation.
- Say it to someone and have them type it. If they get it wrong, pick another.
Connecting it
In StoreVase, go to Store Settings and add your domain. You will be shown the exact DNS records to create at your registrar. Once they propagate, your shop answers on your own address and the SSL certificate is issued automatically — nothing to buy or renew.
Until then your store already works at yourname.storevase.com, so nothing is blocked while you decide.
